I got a huge delivery today! Im very excited to stock my shelves. I really splurged and any stamper knows the joy and excitement one feels when you walk in the door and the big brown box awaits….This is my first really big order in a long time and I deserve it! Every now and then you have to treat yourself!

I must sit down and mount my stamps and play. Hopefully this weekend- soI can post my creations on my blog…come back and see if I found the time or not.

We have a little sitting area room in our bedroom which I converted into my lil craft area (aka my happy place.) Its not much but its mine and I love it. It is a work in progress and is usually much messier than this. It has evolved quite a bit and actually looked worse at one time (hard to believe.)

 My hubby has helped me organize a bit by surprising me with awesome IKEA bookshelves on both sides of the room which really cleaned things up. They were cheap too! I think he said $40 bucks…not too sure. I cannot live without my IKEA!

They come in a package of 5 and were only $3.99!  Looks a little like “Au Chocolat”doesn’t it? I have my SU catalogs, crafts magazines, stampin success mailings etc. stored in them and just LOVE it! You really can’t go wrong for $3.99. If you look at my shelves you will see more Ikea goodies. My goal is to continue to fill these shelves -oh if money only grew on trees….

This is my husbands Valentines Day card. I am in love with the Unforgettable set and frogs in general. I saw several reverse masking samples in the gallery and was inspired. However it took a Sunday Challenge  hosted by jen70 to motivate me and I created this.

This card was very easy to make, quick and simple and I think it came out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I used my favorite WWC for coloring and everything looks awesome with googly eyes!

I started on WW on 3/11/06 and have lost 50.2lbs so far. What a struggle it has been. I didn’t take a before picture when I started but the one above is close enough taken on my 10th wedding anniversary in Nov. 06. The photo on the right isn’t quite the “after” shot per say, I would call it the “during” photo since I have more to go. That picture was taken on my cruise in Dec 06.

I think I am the healthiest I have ever been in my life! I go to the gym 6 days a week and actually look forward to working out. I especially like my boxing classes.

I went to a dinner party on Saturday and wanted to bring something more than the usual cake for desert so I had my sister make this awesome gourmet chocolate masterpiece. There is everything chocolate covered inside: strawberries, pretzels, cookies, marshmallows, & rice krispies treats. It was awesome and delicious and quite a hit !

 I had to contribute something…so I made the tag I think it came out pretty damn good too if you ask me. It was made mostly from wish raks that I received. The chipboard tag & heart, scalloped square punches and the cuttlebug paper were all wish raks. The stamps set was mine (My favorite- retired “Oh So Sweet” very fitting and appropriate. The nest things in life are choclate..aint that the truth!
